Authorize.Net Virtual Point of Sale : Using VPOS : Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting
The card reader is not working.
Check your browser extensions to ensure you installed the VPOS extension, and enable the VPOS extension if disabled.
-For Google Chrome, use the URL chrome://extensions/ to view and enable extensions.
-For Microsoft Edge, click More (...) > Extensions to view your current extensions. If you do not have the option, ask your system administrator to enable extensions in Microsoft Edge.
-For Mozilla Firefox, follow these instructions on how to disable and enable add-ons.
Confirm that your reader has a full charge, and recharge if needed.
Check that you plugged the reader or Bluetooth adapter firmly into a data-ready USB port. You may need to try different USB ports on your computer.
If you use Bluetooth, try removing the device from your Bluetooth settings, and then add it back.
-In Windows, click Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth.
-Click your card reader, and click Remove Device.
-Pair the card reader again.
Consult with your reader documentation for further suggestions.
I received the error, “Processor does not support EMV transactions. Cannot set reader to EMV Mode.”
Confirm that your processor supports EMV transactions before using EMV.
I received the error, “The transaction cannot be found.”
Confirm that the transaction ID is correct.
If you are attempting to capture an Authorize Only transaction, see if the transaction is less than 30 days old. If you do not capture an Authorize Only transaction within 30 days, we will mark the transaction as Expired, and you will need to create a new transaction.
If you are attempting to refund a settled transaction, see if the refund is less than 180 days old. If the transaction is over 180 days old, you may need to apply for Expanded Credit-Return Capabilities, and then manually refund the card in the Virtual Terminal.
